Anime Figurines in a Condom Shop (NSFW)
Is it a condom shop? Is it a figurine shop? Or is it an airsoft gun shop? One of the weirdest shops I’ve ever visited.
Earlier today in Kuta, Bali, our group was dropped off at Sentro, a large shopping centre located on the main street of the town. I was wandering around the shopping complex when I happen to see what appeared to be a normal condom shop called ‘The Guard’. Being the naturally curious person that I am, I entered the shop to see what kind of offerings they would have.
Imagine my surprise when I saw various anime and game figurines in the display at the front.
Wait; this IS a condom shop, right? With several rows of condoms being displayed on shelves, one would think so…
But then you see an airsoft rifle being displayed prominently and you start to have second thoughts.
So it’s a condom shop that also sells airsoft weapons and anime figurines. Right. Maybe for some figurine collectors they can’t help but shoot their own ‘bullets’ over their figurines. That’s the only explanation I could come up with for bunching up airsoft weapons and figurines in the same shop.

It’s certainly a ‘fiesta’ with these figurines all around.
The figurine in the centre has some scary tatas there. Anyway, most - if not all - of the figurines there are bootlegs. But the prices the shop was charging for them were quite exorbitant. For example, the nekomimi meido Ryomou Shimei there costs 1.4 million Rupiah (RM484), which is about twice the price of an original kit.
When you don’t have Avalon, the strongest servant recommends alternative protection…

By far, this establishment is the most amusing condom shop I’ve ever visited. Bali is truly full of wonderful surprises.
